Privacy Policy

Who this applies to

This policy covers yikesdude.com, the marketing site for Yikes Dude LLC, an AI studio in Austin. It applies to visitors browsing the site, and to anyone who submits the contact form, the Learn Claude inquiry form, or the book-a-consultation flow. It does not cover the separate products we build (Smile PreVue, Howdy Dispatch, RunLink, Copiara), each of which has its own privacy policy on its own site.

Information we collect

We collect two kinds of information.

• Site analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to see aggregate traffic: which pages get visited, roughly where from, and which links get clicked. GA4 sets its own cookies and uses your IP address to estimate general location; we do not receive your name or exact address from it.
• Form submissions. The contact form collects your name, email, message, and optional budget. The Learn Claude inquiry form collects your name, email, the package you are interested in, what you do, your current Claude plan, and what you want to automate. The book a consultation flow collects your name, email, and a short brief before handing off to Stripe for payment. We also briefly process your IP address on form submissions to filter automated spam; it is used for that check and is not stored as part of your inquiry record.

How we use it

Form submissions are used only to respond to your inquiry: we email you back, and the submission is also delivered to our internal Slack channel so we see it promptly. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising. Analytics data is used in aggregate to understand what content and pages are working, never to identify an individual visitor.

Third parties

We use a small set of vendors to run the site and respond to inquiries, each bound by its own privacy terms:

• Google Analytics 4, site traffic analytics.
• Resend, delivers the email notification when you submit a form.
• Slack, an internal notification that a new inquiry came in.
• Stripe, processes payment for a booked consultation. Stripe collects your card details directly; we never see or store your full card number.
• Calendly, used to schedule a paid consultation after checkout.
• Vercel, hosts the site.

We do not sell your information to anyone, for any purpose.

Data retention

We keep the record of a form submission (and the email thread it starts) for as long as we have a business reason to, typically the life of the conversation plus a reasonable follow-up window. You can ask us to delete it at any time, see Contact below.

Your choices

You can decline cookies in your browser settings, which will limit analytics but will not break any page on the site. You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing us at the address below.

Children's privacy

This site is a B2B and professional-services marketing site. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If our data practices change, we will update this page and move the date at the top.
