Questions
Do I need to be technical?
No. Most clients are not. If you can use a browser and describe your own job, you can do this. The Operator package goes deeper for people who want automations wired into their tools, but even that needs zero coding from you.
What if I do not have a Claude plan yet?
That is fine. In the first ten minutes we pick the plan that fits how you work and get you set up. You bring your own plan so everything we build lives in your account, not mine.
Remote or in person?
Remote by default, on Zoom or Google Meet with screen sharing. In and around Austin, in-person is available on request.
Can you train my team?
Yes. The Operator package includes one teammate, and larger team sessions are available as a custom package. Just say so in your note.
What if it is not a fit?
If the first session does not deliver, you get your money back. The session is the deliverable, there is no upsell trap.
